Description:

Vibration analysis is used in most engineering fields such as sound engineering, automotive engineering, structural engineering, etc. and can be used to predict machine defects. For this purpose, vibration data must be collected and analyzed. The results are plotted and analyzed and then the machine troubleshooting process begins. To diagnose defects, there are various diagrams such as center orbits, velocity diagrams, spectrum plots, FFT spectra, power spectrum, time history, Poincare map, phase portrait, waterfall plots, Campbell chart, bifurcation. The purpose of this workshop is to introduce these diagrams and how to use these diagrams to diagnose defects in rotating equipment.
